• Before 30 days prior to the arrival date will be 25% charged.

Before 20 days prior to the arrival date will be charge for 50% of the master bill.

Before 10 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 75% of the master bill.

Before 05 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 100% of the master bill.

Token amount is not refundable .

5. 3. Tariffs for children (accompanying parents)between 0-5 years is no charge with no extra bed, between 5- 10 years with extra bed is charged 50%.
    
8. 4. Pick up, Drop & Local Transportation will be Extra charges if Guest not owning their own vehicle.
    
9. 5. All bookings will be tentative, unless accompanied by advance booking payment.
    
10. 6. Check in time 12:00 noon and check out time 11:00am
     
11. 7. Any Other activity other then package Inclusive will be charged.
     
12. 8. Emergency bookings are subjected to availability and can only be confirmed on receipt of full payment only
     
13. 9. White water Rafting is Depend upon Water level. Don't use plastics or through plastics in the Jungle. Shouting, Whistling & Playing music in the Wild life /Forest is strictly prohibited.
     
14. 10. All terms of wildlife viewing and adventure activities by our guests will be in the company of our trained Guide/naturalist.
     
15. ​ 11. Every possible care and precaution will be taken to ensure the safety of the guests. However we are not liable for any untoward incidents that may arise during outdoor activities, adventure activities.
     
16. 12. Carrying Camera in wildlife for photography is charged by Govt.
     
17. 13. Please carry light cotton clothing, suitable walking shoes, torch, cap, sunscreen lotion etc. for outdoor activities.
